SNAP Authorization for farmers can be a bit of a puzzle. In this webinar, MarketLink Western Regional Representative Lisa Roach will give an introduction to the MarketLink grant program and cover all the steps of the SNAP application process. Farmers will learn how to apply, what documentation is needed, how long the process takes, and how to identify key strategies to keep the application on track. We will also cover the SNAP/EBT reader equipment provided by the MarketLink grant, and briefly discuss MarketLink’s other projects including eWIC/FMNP, eIncentives, and Online SNAP.

This training will be offered virtually on Zoom. UVF2S will stream the webinar on a large screen at the Rainbow Kitchen in downtown Roseburg. Any farmers in Douglas county are welcome to attend in-person.
