Summer Day Camps
Umpqua Valley Farm to School is offering a series of summer day camps for elementary aged students. Our day camps are for either K-2nd graders or 3rd-5th graders and run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. A different camp session will be held each week for 3 consecutive weeks beginning on Monday, July 17th.
Each session features a garden-based theme and learning area, including Culinary Skills, Garden Art, and Food Science.
The cost to register is $150 per camper. We have a limited number of scholarships available. Please complete the form below if you’d like to request a scholarship.
Session Details
Camp sessions feature a different theme and learning area each week:
- FARM TO FORK (3rd-5th): Sharpen your culinary skills using farm fresh ingredients
- ART IN THE GARDEN (K-2nd): Draw inspiration from the garden to create works of art
- FOOD FOR THOUGHT (K-2nd): Discover the science behind gardening and cooking
